By donating through Direct Bank Transfer to Al Baseer Foundation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms outline your responsibilities as a donor and our obligations in handling your contribution with care, accountability, and transparency.
You must ensure that the bank transfer is made using accurate donor details, including your full name, donation category (e.g. Zakat, Sadaqah, General Fund), and contact information. This allows us to issue donation receipts and apply your contribution as intended.
Funds transferred are generally non-refundable unless an error is identified and proven. Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 business days from the date of transfer, with full supporting evidence. Al Baseer Foundation reserves the right to decline refund requests where funds have already been allocated or utilized for charitable purposes.
Al Baseer Foundation accepts donations for various purposes such as free eye surgeries, eye camps, permanent hospital services, medicine supplies, equipment maintenance, zakat-based treatments for eligible patients, and special outreach projects for vulnerable communities. Donors may choose a category at the time of donation, and we make every reasonable effort to apply the funds accordingly.
If no specific category is mentioned, the donation is treated as a General Fund contribution and will be used wherever the need is greatest. This may include hospital operations, expansion projects, staff training, patient transport, or subsidized surgeries. Allocation decisions are made by our internal program and finance teams under guidance from senior management and medical advisors.
To ensure maximum impact, all donations are pooled with other contributions within the same category. This approach helps us plan large-scale services, maintain uninterrupted medical care, and efficiently serve patients across different regions and situations.
We operate with full accountability. Financial records are maintained in accordance with recognized standards and are subject to both internal and external audits. Al Baseer Foundation also publishes periodic activity reports that highlight how funds are being used, which areas are being served, and how donor support is making a difference.
All donations are used solely for charitable purposes. No part of the donated amount is used for commercial gain or distributed to private individuals. Our staff and medical professionals are salaried through organizational funds and do not benefit personally from donations given for public welfare projects.
Receipts are issued upon confirmation of the donation. If you do not receive a receipt within 7 business days, it is your responsibility to contact us and provide proof of payment. Al Baseer Foundation is not liable for donation entries without proper reference or donor details.
All donor information is kept confidential. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to any third party. Information may be used internally to communicate project updates, issue donation certificates, and meet regulatory compliance where applicable.
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Donors are encouraged to review these terms periodically to stay informed about any changes.
Al Baseer Foundation maintains full rights to its branding, name, and logo. Donors or third parties may not use our identity for promotion, fundraising, or media purposes without written permission from authorized personnel.
